The Classic Chocolate Cake!


This recipe is simple, basic ... but so GOOD!
Let's start with the ingredients!

It's a 4/6 persons cake! It depends if you eat like me... =))




120 g butter
200 g sugar
3 eggs
80 g flour
170 g of dark chocolate (or milk chocolate)


My little secret: 3 cl of coffee!



1:   Melt the butter
2:   Seperate the yolks from the whites, and whisk the egg whites until they
      form peaks
3:   Mix the sugar and the yolks, then the butter
4:   Melt the chocolate (micro wave i suppose for most of you, even it's better in
      a "bain-marie")
5:   Mix the chocolate with step number 3
6:   Incorporate the flour, the coffee and the egg white
7:   Take the mold and then with a knob of butter, spread butter over the entire
      inner surface
8:  Take some flour and spread it by tapping the mold so that the entire surface
      of the mold is covered with a very thin layer of flour
9:   Put the mixture in the mold
10: Put it in the oven at 180°(approximately 30 min)
11: Prick the cake with a knife, if the blade is covered, the cake is not ready.
      Prick until it comes out clean!


Eat it hot or cold, with custard and vanilla ice cream!
